Quick Gameplay Guide for the Confused (How to Play?)

You start the game without knowing where you are in the subway system. You only know the "Target" station you need to reach. Use these 3 clues to determine your location and reach the target:

Track the Time: Observe how many minutes the timer decreases when you board a train and move to the next stop. Travel times vary by line; this helps you identify which colored line you are traveling on.

Listen to the Sounds: Pay attention to the chimes that play when arriving at stations. The sounds at standard stations served by a single line differ completely from those at "Transfer" stations where lines intersect.

Use the Map (TAB): Open the map using the TAB key and piece together the data you have. For example: "I traveled one stop in 3 minutes, and the station I arrived at is a transfer station." Pinpoint your location by crossing out all stations that do not match these clues.

Once you have determined your location, plot your route and reach the target station before time runs out. Remember: getting off the train to switch to another line (transferring) incurs a 3-minute penalty, so plan your moves carefully!

Hints:

- Numbers in map indicate travel time in each line between two stops.

- Direction 1 (Dir 1) always goes toward the numbered end of the line on the map.

- Each station type has a unique appearance. Learn to recognize normal stations, 2-line transfer stations, and the central 3-line transfer station.
